Fundiful.com was created to help faith based Organizations such as Churches, Schools, Missions, and Charities. We also serve businesses that undertake charitable projects to server their customers and community. While organization we work with are primarily not-for=profits, that is not a requirement for working with Fundiful. Fundiful.com was not designed to support individuals who are raising funds for personal needs.

With Fundiful.com, creating your own Private Label Crowdfunding site is super easy. Provide some basic information about your organization, add your campaigns, and then communicate with your supporters. Check out the How It Works and see for yourself!

It's a matter of trust. As you communicate your needs to supporters and they look at your campaigns they will recognize your organization because it's your name, logo, etc. They will be much more likely to trust YOU than some than some .com that they have never heard of.

Absolutely - that is what Private Label is all about! Your crowdfunding site will display your organizations name, description, logo, colors, and background images.

The only campaigns that will ever appear on your Private Label site are your campaigns! With Fundiful your supporters will never be confused about who they are giving to or distracted by campaigns that may not be relevant to your work. On a generic crowdfunding site you are competing for placement with thousands of other campaigns across lots of categories.

Only your organization has access to your donors. Donor information is NEVER shared with other Private Label customers. Fundful.com has access to donor information but only for administrative purposes to support you; never for any type of marketing.

Yes. There is absolutely no charge organizations a fee to use the Fundiful.com Private Label crowdfunding platform.

It depends. If an organization uses their own established merchant account, there are no credit card transaction fees. If an organization chooses to use Fundiful.com's merchant account to process transactions, the fee that the card processor charges Fundiful.com (approximately 2%) will be deducted from the donation. Fundiful.com does not impose any additional percentage or transaction fees.

Fundiful.com is Faithfully Funded. This is a crazy concept (by most of the world standards), but we are going out on faith that people will give a little extra when they donate to the campaigns on your Private Label site to support us. They don't have to give anything - it is completely optional. It's just like a tipping for service at the restaurant, only the service Fundiful.com provides is Private Label Crowdfunding!

Absolutely! We have designed the Fundiful.com platform with latest responsive design technology to be mobile device friendly, but also work great on tablets, laptop, and desktop computers.

You can add video to your campaign descriptions.

Fundiful.com provides easy to use forms for adding and updating your campaigns. You can change any attributed of your campaign such as the title, end date, or amount any time. You can even deactivate and reactivate campaigns when necessary.

You can provide alternate language translations for certain information such as your About Us text or Campaign titles and descriptions. Users can select which translation they wish to use when multiple languages are provided.

0%. Fundiful does not "tax" donations with a fee for the services that we provide. If you use Fundiful.com's merchant account to process transactions, only the fee that the credit card company charges Fundiful will be deducted. Donors are given the opporunity to support Fundiful for the service we are providing, but this is completely optional for the donor. Check out the Faithfully Funded for more details.

Yes. When setting up your Private Label Crowdfunding site with Fundiful, you can provide your merchant account credentials and have all donations processed through your account.

Yes. If you do not have a merchant account, Fundiful.com can process your donations for you and transfer the proceeds to you on a regular basis. The fees charged by the credit card company will be deducted from those proceeds.

Donations to support Fundiful.com are absolutely optional. With Private Label Crowdfunding, these are your campaigns and your donors. We make is abundantly clear to donors that if they choose to help Fundiful.com (give us a tip, if you will) with a donation that it is in addition to their primary donation and that the can give us nothing if they choose. In fact, any amount they give to Fundiful.com will show as a seperate line item on their email reciept.

Yes. Offline donations can be entered through our administrative tools and will show as a seperate donation and added to the campaign total on your Private Label site.
